Strawberry chiffon cake, from Kat in the Kitch (via Smitten Kitchen). I used half the recipe like Kat did, but made it in one pan. Mine took 70 minutes(!!) in the oven. After baking it, I reread and realized that I should have let it cool upside down, because the weight of the cake actually makes it collapse a bit before its cooled. But it tasteD DElicious anyways :)
